It is played in Tim Tin Fart - Talking Timmy if you make Timmy to sing, because Timmy is jealous and loves to steal Junior's songs. (He makes covers, then lies that he wrote the lyrics, and everything.)
This is a song about poopy specks, (Pieces of poop) and diarrhea.
